Vancouver and Vancouver, June 2022. Part 4.

The cover image for this, final part of the story, is almost the same as for the first chapter. Same background but I'm not in the photo. I find it symbolic in a way. You know, people come and go, but the palm trees are always green and the chairs are always red.

My memories of the last two days on Vancouver island are slightly gloomy. Maybe because of the spirit of these lands, or just because my memories are based on the pictures I'm looking at now... I think, both reasons are true.

We've spent these days exploring the nature of the south-east part of the island until the end of all the roads. The dramatic beaches, the tale story rain-forests, the hidden roads to nowhere - everything around here makes you believe you've been teleported to the other planet!

Here, for the first time in our life, we met the Black Bear, who was sitting in a middle of the forest opening, along the trail. Please, don't do what I did, stay on the trail!

The last point we were able to rich in our car, was Port Renfrew. From here ether by boat or through the forest.

After the last two days on Vancouver Island, came the last two days in Vancouver city. We spent minimum half of a day in the huge Stanley Park. It's a great place, totally worth time and calories :)

We walked a lot around the city too - I've randomly picked the route on the Alltrails app and have no regrets about it. Vancouver is a very nice modern city with a good stile and unique spirit.

To sum up, now, finishing writing this story three and a half years after the trip to British Columbia, I can confidently say that it was one of the best trips not only in Canada, but in general!

See you around!
