02.09.2016. Nine warblers in a row.

During just two days of September, I've got nine lifers! Not a big deal for the fall time unless one thing - all of them are Warblers. Moreover, from the day of my arrival in Canada on the 1st of July till that moment, I met only one warbler species - Yellow Warbler.

North American Warblers look more colorful than European ones. However, this could be just an effect of a new, unknown fauna.

Wilson's Warbler

To be honest, I added a few warblers from other days to show more species of this family at once. Except Yellow Warbler :)

American Redstart

Yellow-rumped Warbler

Magnolia Warbler

Some species have similar features, especially in Autumn, so thank you "Sibley"!

Bay-breasted Warbler

Palm Warbler

Black-and-white Warbler

Blackburnian Warbler

Blackpoll Warbler

Cape May Warbler

I can't wait to see warblers in spring, which have changed into breeding plumage.

If you got bored with all these little grey-yellow birds, look at the huge Turkey Vulture and Red-tailed Hawk and Red-tailed-winged-bellied-billed-everything-Red Northern Cardinal!

Thank you!
